Job Summary

Responsible for overseeing the daily operations and maintenance of all the facilities withing the organization and improvement projects across Texas First footprint, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for customers and all staff.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Manage building maintenance systems for all locations, including lighting, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, grounds maintenance, janitorial services, pest control, etc.
  • Respond courteously and professionally to requests, questions, and problems to support all departments and banking centers.
  • Maintain a good rapport with employees, vendors, and other outside contacts.
  • Oversee and follow up on general, outgoing, routine, and preventive maintenance of all buildings and grounds to ensure facilities are clean, well-maintained, and free of any safety hazards.
  • Participate in planning, coordinating, and overseeing renovations of existing facilities and/or new construction as needed.
  • ATM maintenance to include service calls, cash amounts, and cash orders.
  • Coordinate the storage and destructions of documents.
  • Manage couriers to include courier vehicle maintenance.
  • Assist with Disaster Recovery and construction reporting as needed.
  • Other duties may be assigned.

Job Skills and Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience facilities management, building operations, or related field.
  • Demonstrated building systems knowledge.
  • Knowledge of banking laws and compliance regulations.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities/tasks at any given time across various locations.
  • Exhibit strong judgment and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to interact with all types of vendors.
  • Dedicated: Devoted to a task or purpose with loyalty and integrity.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Computer proficiency with knowledge of MS applications.
  • Must occasionally be able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
  • Monday - Friday: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
  • Must be available to answer emergency phone calls after hours, as needed.
  • Must be able to work extended hours and/or weekends as needed.

Salary Grade 10
