Treasury Management Sales Officer

Job Summary

Responsible for Treasury Management sales activities to include the development of new Treasury Management relationships and ongoing support and retention of current Treasury Management clients.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Manage a growing portfolio of treasury management clients.
  • Generate commercial referrals and sales.
  • Develop new business by attending sales calls with Relationship Managers and Bank Officers.
  • Meet with clients to implement treasury services and provide training for all treasury products.
  • Provide exceptional support to new and existing bank clients on all treasury products.
  • Resolve customer service inquires and technical issues.
  • Manage and compile weekly/monthly referral and pipeline reports.
  • Support the bank's strong relationship banking culture through on-going client contact, quality customer service and superior product knowledge.
  • Other duties may be assigned.

Job Skills and Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Certified Treasury Management Professional designation (CTP) a plus.
  • Treasury Sales experience.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
  • Strong written and oral communication skills; ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from clients.
  • Flexibility to travel as needed via personal vehicle.
  • Hours generally 8 am to 5 pm with some after hours and weekends.
